 Swing beam shear Performance:
  * The control system of DAC360 by Holland DELEM Co. is adopted to accurately control the precision of front feeding.
  * Hydraulic swinging structure, return stroke device of upper blade carriage, nitrogen cylinder, and high-speed return stroke.
  * The whole logic loop is adopted in hydraulic system controlled by sequential valve with stable operation, low noise and easy maintenance.
  * Operated with cutter blade controlled by oil cylinder specially made with imported seal rings.
  * The hold-down cylinder in whole loop and standing-alone type is adopted in the feeding device, which may flex freely to hold down plates when      uneven and the pressing force can be adjusted according to the property and thickness of plates without damaging the surface.
  * In use of eccentric mechanism, the freedom between tool edges can be adjusted manually, instantly and easily to meet the demands of different      thickness and properties.
  * Under control of potentiometer, fixed stroke shearing can be achieved and equal stroke shearing is adjustable.
  * The guide and lead screw from Taiwan HIWIN guarantee the precision of orientation in machine tool.
  * The servo from Japanese YASKAWA gurantee the processing efficiency and reliability of machine tool.
