Detailed Product Description
The series of WKC3000 numerical control (NC) tower punch with 12 or 24 tools is composed of NC system, punching press of turning-tower and feeding system with two axis. Punching press of turning-tower and feeding system with two axis are drive by servo motor , transmitted by roll screw, guided by liner guide and pneumatic position. Turning tower can lock automatically by program .punching speed can be changed with frequency conversion .The system achieve to feed ,change tool and punch automatically which equipped standard punching tool ,and meet the punch processing for various tools. That is fit for processing a small quantity manufacture, variety and complex figure. So its your best choice.
The turning-tower of 12 or 24 tools is composed of two turn plates. The upper die sets on above turn plate and the nether die sets on the lower turn plate. Using servo motor and chain wheel to achieve movement in-phase .It allows auto-stop and auto-lock with pneumatic locking device controlled by program, in order to change tools automatically and quickly All of tools accord with standard ,which can be changed easily and expediently. And users can manufacture tools by themselves or order with us.
