SERIES QC12Y HYDRAULIC SWING BEAM SHEARER

  * Frame welded, vibration to eliminate stress, high in rigidity, sturdy and durable, easy operation and maintenance.
  * Hydraulic drive, swing beam, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator or nitrogen cylinder, steady & reliable performance.
  * The position of low blade can be adjusted to ensure the equilibrium of the gap after regrinding.
  * The portable and prompt adjustment of the blades' gap, the value of gap is indicated by dial, positioning reliable.
  * Setting the backgauge by motor. The display devices used to the backgauge' value and the shearing times are on the front of the machine.
  * The stroke of knife beam can be adjusted steplessly for promoting production on the strip cutting, conveniently and fast.
  * Preselection of single or continous. Preselection cutting number and cutting strokes.
* Roller guide to ensure the quality of cutting sheet-metal.
